There is just a list of things that annoy me on Windows.

1. UI widgets are not scalable, so on my 1400x1050 screen about everything appears small. Win seems to allow UI tuning, but attempt to use bigger fonts causes distorted appearance. It does not even come close to the degree of customization that is possible in Unix X-Window. It is a pain in the back to use Windows after using X-Window for a while.

After all those years Win still cannot work with files properly!!!

2. Stupid file system: It is possible to create deeply nested directory tree, but then it is not possible to delete it.

3. Stupid file system: it has 2 seconds precision for time of file modification.

4. Stupid file system: use of backslash as a path separator.

5. Stupid text file format: two symbols to mark the end of the line.

I would say that there are many signs of inferiority in the system, but the mentioned above annoy me most.
